The capsule is just as excellent. Love that I can put in my coffee & smoothies. We also take them by mouth with water. But We enjoy both liquid & capsule.

I'm always surprised at how well/energetic I feel at the end of the day, then I realize its the Black Seed Bitter capsules I'm taking. I seem more focused with more follow thru on tasks.

Just started taking the black seed bitters with morniga and I’m looking forward to the results that are to come.

I am absolutely impressed with the moringa and bitters capsules. Normally I get the liquid, I wanted to give the capsules a shot. They didn't disappoint me. Get some today!!

I reviewed this product a couple of years ago and was not able to update my review until now. A good way to determine how well something works sometimes is to stop using it. My stress has increased in the last 2 years, but it has been manageable. I stopped using for about a month and found that my stress symptoms were decreased with the Black seed bitters. This is a product I will use for life.
