Shipping & Returns
All orders will ship within 24 hours if they are placed on a weekday. Orders placed after 2 pm on Friday will be shipped on the next business day.
Orders for within the 48 continental states will ship via FedEx ground, UPS ground or USPS. If your address is a P.O. box your order will ship via USPS. We will email you tracking information as soon as your order ships.
FedEx and UPS shipments will arrive in a maximum of 4 days depending on your location (most East Coast locations will arrive within 2 days). Call us at (718) 443-1548 if you would like more delivery arrival information for your location.
USPS shipments will usually arrive in 3 to 5 business days.

All orders ship from our facility in Brooklyn, NY.
If you order something in error or change your mind after the shipment has been sent, we will issue a refund for unopened (sealed) containers that are returned to us in the original packaging. We will refund the full cost of the returned items but not the shipping for orders made in error.
If any item/s in your order arrive/s broken will gladly provide you with either a refund for the damaged item/s or we will re-send the item/s. We may ask for a photograph of the damaged shipment.
If we ship you the wrong item/s in error, please call us (718) 443-1548 and we will provide you with a prepaid label to return the incorrect item/s. We will re-ship the correct item/s at no cost to you.
