I take this product orally and it has done wonders for my health inside and out. I recently completely lab work at the doctor, and they asked what I was doing. They stated that my lab work showed results as if I was a person that drinks LOTS of water. I told the doctor that I was the complete opposite, in fact, I'm usually dehydrated, and told them that I was using this regiment. This product has helped with inflammation, constipation, extremely dry, scaly skin, stronger nails, and hair. If I'm sick or a little under the weather, or even feel a bug starting, I take this for 2 to 3 days and it's completely clear. It's awesome! I had the product for a while and recently began taking it so my body would be as healthy as possible before surgery. I put 2 tbsp of black seed oil and 1 tbsp of shark oil in a shot glass. I add additional vitamin C to a glass of orange juice, take a big sip, throw the shot back, and chase with more orange juice. If I've eaten too much sugar, it will cause bloating and burping, then a bowel movement. Eating a piece of bread helps by giving the oil something to bind to and still be very effective. Initially, I did this daily for about 10 days, then as needed. This product will get your body squeaky clean. I hope this helps someone like it has helped me.

I haven’t used this oil as yet, but, my sister currently is and that’s why I bought it. I’m still trying to get use to the black seed bitters juice.

I don’t like the taste, but it is an essential part of my supplement regimen.
